We define the next practical steps to get started.
Why most people never start a business
Because they are overwhelmed. They do not know what business to start, how much money they need, or how to get their first customers. So they stay stuck, overthinking, waiting, and pretending research is progress.
No clear direction
Too many ideas, no structure, and no realistic decision-making process.
No financial logic
People guess startup costs, pricing, and revenue. Then they wonder why the math never works.
No action plan
They consume motivation and videos instead of launching something practical.
The P.L.A.N. Method
A practical framework, easy to play with, for turning confusion into a real business.
Perspective
Understand your personal, financial, and environmental context before choosing a business idea.
Logic
Test the business with numbers: startup costs, pricing, revenue, and break-even logic.
Action
Turn the idea into a real business with a simple launch plan and first operational steps.
Networking
Build relationships, referrals, and partnerships that help the business grow.
A founder with real business and planning experience
Before launching First Real Business, Andrei spent ten years running his own business. Like many entrepreneurs, that journey included both challenges and meaningful achievements, including securing funding for several projects.
After moving to the United States, he worked within the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) environment, where he contributed to the development and review of business plans and financial forecasts for new entrepreneurs. This work involved research, analysis, and collaboration within the advisory process that supports small business development.
Today, through First Real Business, he helps immigrants and working professionals navigate the complexities of starting a business in the United States. His goal is simple: to give first-time entrepreneurs the clarity, structure, and practical guidance they need to turn an idea into a real business.
- • Immigrants learning how the US business system works
- • Employees who want to build additional income
- • Beginners who need practical structure
- • People who are tired of consuming content and ready to act
